Kenyan citizens do not require an advance visa to enter Rwanda. As citizens of an East African Community Partner State, Kenyan nationals are issued the applicable entry pass/visa free of charge on arrival. How and where to apply

Kenyan citizens travelling under the EAC arrangement do not need to apply for an advance visitor visa. Kenyan residents travelling on passports requiring a visa may obtain it on arrival or apply online before departure. (Rwanda Migration)

No advance visitor-visa processing is required for Kenyan citizens travelling under the EAC arrangement. Other nationalities should follow Rwanda Immigration's applicable visa-on-arrival or online application procedure.
